We work alongside physicians and their patients with current qualifying conditions to supply prescription cannabis that can change lives. The Director of Growth will lead marketing strategy and physician relationship development for Texas Original. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth while building and managing the physician pipeline that is essential to expanding patient access.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic marketer and a relationship builder who can scale both functions within a highly regulated industry.
