Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional service with a friendly, helpful attitude Assist customers in selecting fishing, camping, and sporting goods based on their needs Answer product-related questions and offer knowledgeable recommendations Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising Support team members and contribute to a positive store environment Cross-train to assist cashiers and support other departments on the sales floor as needed
