About the Role

As the Parts Interpreter will apply mechanical and parts knowledge to assist our workshop and customers. You will provide a high standard of customer service over the phone and at sales counter. With your excellent organisational and customer service skills combined with a good eye for detail you will quickly become an important and valued team member of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide advice to customers in relation to parts information Handle all retail, wholesale and internal parts sales Process quotes & orders accurately and efficiently Pick orders for over-the-counter sales and at other times when required Ensure timely dispatch of all parts orders Adhere to WHS policies and processes Benefits As part of the CMV Group of companies, WTC are committed to attracting the best talent.
