Job description
The role of the Day Habilitation Counselor teaches adults with developmental disabilities independent living skills, personal awareness, provides community access, and serve as a liaison with the community and Vanderheyden. Works with adults with developmental disabilities in community-based settings, assisting in all areas of daily living and communication.
