• Nespelem, WA, Salary Range: $30.88 - $32.76Hourly, CLOSING DATE: September 13, 2026 POSITION: Substance Abuse Case Manager SALARY: $30.88 - $32.76 per hour, DOE REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor LOCATION: Nespelem, WA Qualifications: Associate degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. One (1) year of experience providing case management, behavioral health services, social services, or related services. Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders preferred. Experience working with Tribal communities, Native American populations, or underserved populations preferred. Valid Washington State Driver's License. Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration or other credential required by Washington State and employer policies. Must successfully pass required background checks. Note: Pursuant to Tribal Policy, if this position is safety sensitive it is subject to pre-employment drug testing. In addition, this position is subject to reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug testing. TRIBAL MEMBER AND INDIAN PREFERENCE WILL APPLY; PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS WHO ARE MINIMALLY QUALIFIED. If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance.
