1. Experience with coaching Volleyball at the high school level or higher;

7. Holds try-outs and practices to build a successful program
8. Practices occur after school or before school and the coach must be on time for each practice and performance
9. Follows and support the IPA Coaching Handbook
10. Supports the mission of Irvington Community Schools
