Key Responsibilities

Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with attention to detail and compassion. Individualized Care Plans: Customize care to meet each resident’s unique needs, ensuring the best outcomes. Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.

Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations. Confidentiality: Protect patient privacy in line with HIPAA standards.

Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required—we welcome eager, dedicated professionals. Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
