Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Position – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Montello Care Center – Montello, WI (on-site position) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends – True Flexible scheduling - you choose what fits your schedule _________________________________________________________ Job Summary: The LPN must be a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care.

__________________________________________________________ Qualifications: Required: Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity.
