Head of AI Transformation

Description Landa is looking for a hands-on Head of AI Transformation to drive AI adoption across the company. This is first a builder role , with the opportunity to grow into a broader strategic and leadership role as Landa's AI capabilities expand. You will work directly with organizational teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Service, R&D, HR, and IT) to identify opportunities, understand and redesign processes, and personally build, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Y ou will lead initiatives across the organization, combining strong technical capabilities with business understanding and the ability to influence and execute in a matrix environment. Beyond individual projects, you will help shape Landa's AI strategy, roadmap, priorities, and investments. As successful solutions scale, you will establish the capabilities, operating model, and team needed to drive AI transformation across the company.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities. Personally build, prototype, configure, and deploy AI solutions, agents, workflows, and automations. Lead initiatives end to end, from business need to implementation, adoption, and measurement. Work hands-on with teams to analyze and improve business processes. Lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, bringing together the right people and capabilities from across the organization. Define and evolve the AI roadmap, translating business priorities into initiatives and aligning priorities, plans, and investments with leadership. Establish scalable AI capabilities across the organization and, over time, recruit and lead a dedicated team to expand Landa's ability to deliver AI solutions.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions . Proven experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement within organizations. Strong technical capabilities paired with a strong business understanding. Ability to translate business challenges into practical, working solutions. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization. Ability to move comfortably between hands-on execution, business process analysis, and strategic planning. Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills, including building business cases and aligning priorities and investments with senior leadership. A builder mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver. The leadership potential to build capabilities, recruit and develop a team, and take on broader responsibility as Landa's AI transformation scales.
