ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers and documents the administrations of medications and treatments per physician orders Assesses patients routinely and with changes of condition Communicates changes of condition, test results, etc. as per company policy Educates patients as necessary Ensures the patient care plan is implemented Supervises and coordinates LPN's & CNA's Benefits: Health and Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k Qualifications: Valid RN license
