Business Development Director

We’re Hiring | Business Development Director – RFP & Strategic Bidding | US Healthcare RCM Location: Tampa

• Florida Industry: Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) We are looking for an experienced RFP & Strategic Bidding professional to drive large-scale business opportunities in the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic RFP procurement and bidding strategies for hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations. Identify and track RFP/RFI opportunities through hospital procurement portals, GPOs, government platforms, and commercial RFP intelligence tools. Lead the end-to-end RFP lifecycle, including opportunity identification, bid/no-bid decisions, proposal development, pricing, presentations, and contract negotiations.

Build a proactive RFP pipeline by tracking procurement opportunities, incumbent vendors, contract renewals, and upcoming bids. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to develop competitive proposals and scalable RCM solutions. Drive strategic positioning for end-to-end RCM services, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and revenue cycle transformation.

Mandatory Requirements: 10+ years of relevant experience in US healthcare RCM sales, RFP management, strategic bidding, or procurement. Must have experience managing or bidding on large-scale portfolios/contracts valued at $20M and above. Strong hands-on experience in RFP strategy, procurement portals, bidding processes, and end-to-end proposal management.

Excellent understanding of healthcare RCM operations, commercial pricing models, and large-deal negotiations. Experience engaging with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare outsourcing clients.
