The position requires being skillful in clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, brief individual and family therapy, and case management. This position will document interactions on medical charting software, consult with medical and dental staff, billing staff, and care coordination staff. The position will work with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and settings.

Job Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy; PhD or PsyD in the mental health field. Licensed in the State of Colorado is required. (Will consider another state license if it can qualify for a Colorado state license.) Minimum of two years' experience preferred. Applicants will be considered if they are soon to be licensed.

Experience in the medical field will be a priority in the hiring process. Fluency in Spanish is highly recommended. Salary: $71,800 to $79,836 annually; DOQ Sign-On Bonus Eligible: Up to $10,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness Program and much more.
