Registered Nurse Case Manager

Description Access TLC is currently seeking dedicated and caring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Home Health team for visits in the San Fernando Valley. The field RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their home setting. All charting is done electronically, and we will provide you with an internet enabled iPad.

Requirements

California RN License A minimum of one year's prior professionals nursing experience California Driver's License CPR Certification Bilingual Preferred Position is Per Diem

• Visits will be grouped together in local coverage area. Per visit rates ranging from $70-$140 depending on the visit type.
