What You'll Do

As an Installation Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced installers to help complete residential window and door replacement projects. Assist with the removal and installation of premium windows and doors Support finish carpentry and installation-related tasks Measure, prep, and utilize hand and power tools safely Load, unload, and transport installation materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Deliver a positive experience for homeowners while on-site Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to quality craftsmanship What We're Looking For Previous construction, carpentry, remodeling, or installation experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically active environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license preferred What's In It For You?
