The Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution /Technical Architect to lead the de si gn, solu tioning , and delivery of Sal esforce solutions acro ss client en gagements . This role will serve as a subject matter expert, providing architectural guidance and technical strategy recommendations across Salesforce p roducts , including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Non profit C loud , and Marketing Cloud.

The architect will assess the current Salesforce landscape, identify gaps and opportunities, and design scalable solutions aligned with health plan operations and business goals. Work You’ll Do Design Salesforce solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud within a healthcare payer context Provide guidance on Salesforce data models, security, and best practices Evaluate and recommend integration approaches between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as claims platforms and EHRs Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and leadership to translate strategy into actionable recommendations Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive audiences Lead end -to-end Sales force solu tion and technic al architec ture across a ssess ments , implemen tations , and optim izatio n engag ements Partner with client stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation approaches Lead technical disco very and cu rrent -state architecture ass essments , id en tifying gaps, risks, and improv ement opportu nities De s ign scal able Salesfor ce solutions that are a l igned with business req uirements a nd Salesf orce best pract ices Defi ne system int eg rations, data models, security mod els , and deployment stra tegies a cros s Sal esfor ce and e xternal s ystems Provide tech nical l eadership to de velopment teams , in cluding cod e reviews , desi gn gui dance , and ensuring adhe rence to Sale sfor ce ar chite ct ural best p ractices Sup port busine ss de velopment acti vi ties including solut ioning , l evel of e ffort e stimates , and pr oposal developm ent Contribute to the growth of the AArete’s Salesforce practice Other duties as assigned Requirements 5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience, including architecture or lead developer roles , with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Deep expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP) , Omni Studio Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices Integration patterns (middleware, ETL, event-based, Mulesoft preferred) DevOps / CI-CD tools (DevOps Center, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare or payer environments Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance Demonstrated ability to conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations or enterprise assessments Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders, including executive leadership Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location Preferred Requirements Salesforce Architect Certification (Technical Architect, System Architect, or Application Architect) Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Integration Architect Experience integrating Salesforce with claims systems, EHRs, or other healthcare enterprise platforms Prior experience supporting Salesforce strategic assessments or transformation initiatives Based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed Compensation & Benefits Flexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidays Own Your Day flexible work policy Competitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match Generous paid parental leave options Employer-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability Charitable contribution matching program New client commission opportunities and referral bonus program Bike share discount program The estimated base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000 .

In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors, including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
