MCH Clinical Educator - Family Birthing Center - FT Varying Shifts
Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assessing, developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for Maternal Child Health personnel to maintain their competency and ongoing education. Manage all staff competencies, attend policy review committee, and manage department policies. Organize and implement new hire department orientation and traveler education/onboarding.
Direct report to the Director of Maternal Children Health and will be accountable to all department Managers. Provides educational support to all units within Maternal Child Health.
