Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to branch visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Assist customers with general inquiries, account maintenance, and transaction processing. Educate and guide customers on utilizing digital banking platforms and self-service channels. Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate specialists for financial advisory.

Adhere to operational risk guidelines, compliance standards, and internal audit procedures. Support daily branch operations and contribute to team performance targets.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably with experience in customer service or retail banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence. Proficiency in digital tools and a quick learner of new technologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. High level of integrity and adherence to regulatory compliance.
