Central Sterile Supervisor

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Surgical Services Director, the Central Sterile Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire range of reprocessing services for Gritman Medical Center. The Supervisor will ensure that operations for the department are in compliance with the standards set by all regulatory agencies. The incumbent, along with Surgical Services leadership, will be responsible the ongoing hiring, training and supervision of staff. The Central Sterile Supervisor requires wide ranging knowledge of every changing instrumentation, equipment and techniques. An extensive reprocessing skill set is required for success in this position.
