Supervisor of Clinical Associates I, II - New Crisis Programs - Starting ASAP

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Supervisor of Clinical Associate is responsible for the supervision, performance, and development of the Clinical Associate, Mental Health Worker, and/or other employees as assigned. This position works as part of an integrated care team with the focus on providing quality therapeutic and culturally-acceptable direct care and skill-building educational activities.

The Supervisor of Clinical Associate is responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the assigned employees toward established program goals and objectives. When needed, this position will be called upon to provide Clinical Associate services within the program.
