Bilingual Security Site Supervisor

Nation Security is seeking a professional, dependable Bilingual Security Site Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee daily security operations at our client location in Kendall, FL. In this role, you will play a critical leadership role in protecting personnel, property, and assets while managing on-site security officers and maintaining strong client relations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site security personnel, enforce company policies, and ensure strict compliance with post orders. Site Protection & Patrols: Oversee routine facility patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect access points, and control entry/exit procedures. Incident Management: Serve as the main point of contact for emergency responses, investigate suspicious activity, and resolve security incidents professionally.

Reporting & Administration: Prepare and review accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and equipment maintenance requests using digital reporting software. Client & Public Relations: Act as a key liaison between management, client representatives, and site visitors, balancing strict security protocols with high-quality customer service.

Equipment Oversight: Conduct basic inspection, preventive maintenance, and status reporting for all security equipment on site.

Minimum Qualifications

Active Florida Class D Security License (Required). Language: Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required). Location & Transport: Local to or easily commuting to Kendall, FL, with a valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations.

Technical Skills: Computer literate and proficient with smartphones for digital logging, timekeeping, and reporting apps. Availability: Open schedule flexibility, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
