Design Expertise Delivers high quality design work, developing creative and innovative thinking. Project Delivery Demonstrates an awareness of the design process and project brief, taking a supporting role in the delivery of project milestones. Coordinates aspects of third party work, including external contractors, suppliers and other professionals.

Delivers good quality work in line with instructions given. Team Membership Acts as a team player, responding to feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities, both within the studio and across studios. Client Relationships Demonstrates and understanding of the client/practice relationship.

Builds an understanding of market trends and requirements. Budget Control Completes work in a timely and efficient manner. Submits accurate timesheet data in line with deadlines set. Others Provide ad-hoc support as required.
