You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and accurate automotive parts support.

You’ll help identify and source the right parts for each job, ensuring our customers receive the right advice and a great experience every time. What you’ll do Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions. Use catalogues and databases to locate, source, and order parts. Process sales transactions, credits, warranties, and invoicing accurately.

Assist with packing, dispatch, and occasional deliveries. Maintain showroom presentation, pricing, and merchandising standards. Manage stock levels and support warehouse operations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operation.

About you

You are customer-focused, organised, and enjoy solving problems. Whether you’ve worked in automotive retail, a workshop, or another customer service role, you’re passionate about getting things right for your customers. Additionally, you will bring: Experience as a Parts Interpreter or familiarity with automotive/mechanical/electrical parts (an advantage) A strong customer service mindset and communication skills Ability to simplify technical information for customers.
