Technical Manager - Supply Chain Approval, Quality & Compliance

To set the compliance via the Hilton Seafood Standard, across all applicable supply chains ensuring that Hilton Seafood, customer and legal requirements are fully implemented. To ensure all new Technical IT systems are value adding, rolled out in full across the two sites and supported with training and competency training packages as applicable.

To be the main point of contact both internally and externally for all supply base management, conformance and approval. Covering both new and existing suppliers. To manage the Raw materials teams both across Estate Road 2, Laforey Road, the Specification teams and all processes associated within these remits.
