Job description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes in alignment with product specifications and quality standards. This remote-based role requires approximately 75% travel to support manufacturing sites, where the engineer works directly on the shop floor to analyze equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
As a high-visibility position with exposure across multiple levels of the organization, the Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in supporting the growth strategy of the Industrial Technologies Group and its Business Units.
