About the Company… Reliable Hire is a locally owned and operated supplier of specialist rental equipment to the building & construction industry in the Wide Bay and Fraser Coast regions.

Due to their successful year-on-end growth, they are now seeking a Sales Coordinator that has experience from within the equipment, machinery, mining or construction industry. About the Position… This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting customers coming into the branch, as well as controlling and monitoring incoming/ outgoing equipment in the Company’s Hire Software System.

Core objectives include: Monitor incoming and outgoing Equipment Attending promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email and in-store. Ensuring customers receive their equipment in full within the allocated timeframe. Regular interaction and support with the sales, workshop, accounts & logistics team to ensure sales targets are being met; detailing specifics on when equipment is available for hire.

The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face, along with the following; Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Display excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner, along with a willingness to assist and support others as required. Demonstrate effective time management and organisation skills in accomplishing daily task objectives.
