Job Address: 3364 Kolbe Road Suite 209 Lorain, OH 44053 Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) Shift: M-F, with weekend rotation built in Hours: 8a-4:30p Pay Range: $25-$35 Sign on Bonus: $5k The Role Itself Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams for effective communication, especially in non-responsive cases and developmental needs in therapy. Ensures timely completion of assessments, balancing therapist workload, and applying appropriate therapeutic theory.

Documents patient responses to interventions and formulating individualized treatment programs based on practitioner orders. Designs and delivers activities aligned with patient needs. Regularly reassesses patients, updating condition-based plans, and provides direction staff on activity-related groups. Maintains timely, thorough documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
