SUMMARY   The Field Support & Development Technician plays a dual role in supporting customer deployments and contributing to the development and testing of prototype systems. This position requires a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work directly with customers, and experience in assembling and validating hardware and software solutions. This role supports customer demonstrations, installations, and technical engagements, while also contributing to the design, assembly, and testing of prototype systems and components.
