Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and manage all warehousing activities in Singapore. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting manufacturing and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service readiness Manage and develop the warehouse team, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and regulatory requirements Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and implement warehouse processes, systems, and best practices Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support production schedules Perform capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget management Monitor and report KPIs, and drive performance improvements Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001 / 14001) and ensure corrective actions are implemented Act as a key stakeholder, working closely with senior management on strategy and execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse / logistics experience , with management experience required Experience in manufacturing or high-value warehousing environment Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics Familiar with ISO standards and audit processes Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Key Competencies Leadership & team management Strategic thinking with hands-on execution Operational excellence & continuous improvement Planning, budgeting, and resource management Problem-solving & decision-making We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
