Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Cardinal Asphalt is seeking a Full Time Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, experienced mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of construction equipment, trucks and paving machinery.

Responsibilities include

Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines, hydraulics and electrical systems Perform routine greasing maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks Keep equipment operational and job-site ready Maintain a clean and organized shop.

Qualifications

Prior experience with heavy equipment or commercial vehicles preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required).
