Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. • Manage production order scheduling for multiple departments and press lines. • Review mid to long-term operational load and schedule manufacturing resources and assets accordingly. • Create shop orders and die repair orders within the plant’s ERP system to meet due date requirements. • Develop, analyze and assess multiple departmental KPIs. • Review and disposition forge tooling inspections and determine repair methods for failed tooling. • Review each router to ensure procedures / processes are in place to meet the requirements of the job order. • Work with quality and technical to ensure proper RCCAs are in place as required.
