The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas: Corporate Law Commercial law Commercial contracts Extraordinary transactions and M&A Corporate.

Requirements

Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained At least 1-2 years of experience on the above subjects Excellent command of the English language Motivation for professional activity Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a similar field in structured firms.
