About BBL Brockdorff
BBL is one of Germany’s leading law firms with a strong focus on restructuring, reorganization and insolvency/bankruptcy. With about 200 employees and 50 lawyers, the firm has offices in more than 30 locations in Germany and one in London. BBL advises both on restructuring projects with the aim on crisis prevention, as well as on the implementation of restructuring concepts within and outside the scope of insolvency proceedings or debtor-in-possession proceedings. Many of these projects are international and the firm’s network is correspondingly extensive. BBL also offers guidance on M&A projects and on distressed investments. Other core competencies include litigation for and against insolvency administrators and in relation to manager liability in connection with the crisis of a company.
