About E V Bishoff Company

E. V. Bishoff Company is a real estate Portfolio Owner/Operator that purchases distressed real estate with the intention of holding it well into the next generation. Operating its own Management, Leasing, Engineering and HVAC divisions, our company is vertically integrated and views its real estate holdings with an eye towards what’s in the long-term best interests of the real estate and our clients. Recognizing the simple fact that real estate is a business, not simply an investment, E. V. Bishoff Company not only invests in state-of-the-art technology to simplify the working life of our clients, but we also maintain Account Executives on staff whose job it is to handle the Account Management needs of all of our clients. Delivering office packages through our various office divisions such as: Superior Office Suites, The Club Level, The Lofts, The Business Class Floor, Lab Shells, and Creative Minds Studios, the E. V. Bishoff Company has taken the lead in the development of different office environments to service the differing needs of our clients in each marketplace that we do business.
