The story of Mr Minh and Ming Foods began in the early 1980’s with his vision to create quality traditional Chinese Products for contemporary cuisine. His quest for perfection in providing high quality and nutritious food for our customers drives continuous innovation; leading to products that are delicious, convenient and great value. We manufacture our Chinese Pancakes and Double Strength Self Raising Flour in the UK and our Spring Roll Pastry Wrapper in Asia by a carefully selected partner for Ming Foods. Our products are made using the best ingredients and contain no artificial flavours or preservatives and all of them can be used in vegetarian recipes. We supply our pastry products across the UK and the EU. Our products are supplied to wholesalers, oriental wholesalers and food manufacturers who produce ready meals for supermarket chains and restaurants.
