About Planet Savers, Inc

Planet Savers is Japan’s first Direct Air Capture (DAC) startup, developing modular, all-electric systems that remove CO₂ from ambient air at lower cost and with real-world scalability. Our proprietary zeolite sorbents (originating from University of Tokyo know-how) power a pressure-vacuum swing process requiring no heat or water, improving durability and simplifying operations. Our process also co-captures water as a useful by-product, enabling operations in arid regions. We are well-capitalized to execute: a seed round of ¥250M from Japan’s top VCs JAFCO and Spiral Capital, plus ¥600M+ in non-dilutive grants from the Japanese government (NEDO and the Ministry of the Environment). Our mission is clear: deliver reliable, affordable carbon removal at gigaton scale—built in Japan, scaled globally. Partners are welcome to collaborate on demonstrations, localized manufacturing, and rapid deployment.
