At Summit Place, you’ll use the service skills you’ve built in restaurants, hotels, or catering in a dining room where you get to know your guests by name. Servers with prior restaurant or hospitality experience can start near the top of the range. Schedule: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Monday through Friday - no weekends or holidays. This is a part-time role, with the opportunity to pick up evening shifts in the dining room. What You’ll Do Provide attentive, polished table service during noon meals - taking orders, serving food, maintaining the bistro area, and cleaning up after service Learn residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines, and anticipate what they need before they ask Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to What We’re Looking For Serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or similar setting (1+ year preferred) Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence during busy service Patience and genuine care for older adults Must be 16 or older To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
