Site Supervisor

Lead day-to-day plant operations, including supervision of loading, unloading and LPG transfers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to Linde Life Saving Rules and Major Hazard Facility requirements, promoting a strong culture of safety. Supervise and coordinate employees and contractors to meet production and safety standards, fostering teamwork and accountability.

Manage plant operations, production planning, shutdowns, start-ups and emergency response activities while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Issue work permits and oversees safe work practices, maintaining compliance and operational integrity. Act as the Emergency Warden, coordinating evacuation drills and emergency responses to uphold safety protocols.

Ensuring timely delivery outcomes while managing stock control and chemical handling. Prepare and distribute daily production reports, coordinate transport documentation and support training initiatives to enhance team capability. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, cost optimisation, risk management and performance monitoring using process control and operational data.
