Customer Engineering Service Technician

Take responsibility for mechanical maintenance of equipment across customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific, and hospitality industries Installation and removal of equipment is part of your role You will calibrate and test gas analyzers at customer and BOC sites Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment is required in this role Refurbish Cryogenic Gas vessels and supply pumps Conduct audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards Complete planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required You will communicate effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone Also, you will collaborate closely with local project management and sales teams
