岗位职责 / Duties: 1.数据基建 | Data Infrastructure： 主导D端数据仓库与指标体系建设，推动供需、运力、履约等核心数据资产的标准化与可靠性保障；搭建自动化数据管道，支撑业务高频决策需求。 English: Lead the design and development of the delivery-side data warehouse and metric system; standardize core data assets covering supply-demand, courier capacity, and fulfillment; build automated data pipelines to support high-frequency business decisions.

2.专项分析 | Deep-Dive Analytics： 围绕配送时效（ATA/On-time Rate）、骑手效能、取送路径优化等核心命题开展专项分析；识别业务瓶颈，输出可落地的改进建议。 English: Conduct deep-dive analyses on key delivery topics including ATA, on-time rate, courier efficiency, and routing optimization; identify business bottlenecks and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.

3.运力规划 | Capacity Planning 建立运力预测模型，支持供给端的节假日/促销/天气等动态场景的运力配置；与运营、算法团队协作推动规划落地。 English: Develop courier supply forecasting models for dynamic scenarios including peak events, promotions, and weather impact; collaborate with operations and algorithm teams to translate planning into execution.

4.目标追踪 | Goal Tracking 建立业务目标拆解与追踪机制，定期输出运营健康度报告（OKR/KPI看板）；推动跨职能对齐，确保关键指标达成。 English: Build goal decomposition and tracking mechanisms; regularly produce operational health reports (OKR/KPI dashboards); drive cross-functional alignment to ensure key metric delivery.

任职要求 / Requirements: 必要条件 | Must-Have： 1.5年以上数据分析经验，其中2年以上团队管理经验 5+ years of data analytics experience, including 2+ years in team management.

2.精通SQL，熟悉Python/R用于数据建模与分析 Proficient in SQL; familiar with Python or R for data modeling and analysis.

3.具备数据仓库设计、ETL流程及BI工具使用经验 Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, ETL processes, and BI tools.

4.英语流利（书面与口语），可作为工作语言与国际团队高效协作 Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to use English as the primary working language for effective collaboration with international teams.

5.具备配送/即时物流/本地生活业务的数据分析经验，深刻理解配送履约链路 Demonstrated experience in data analytics within delivery, on-demand logistics, or local services; strong understanding of the end-to-end delivery fulfillment chain.

加分项 | Nice-to-Have： 1.有中东或海外市场工作经验 Experience working in the Middle East or other international markets.

2.熟悉运力调度、供需预测模型 Familiarity with courier dispatching and supply-demand forecasting models.

3.有跨境团队管理经验 Experience managing cross-border or cross-cultural teams.
