Director of Sales- The Row at Assembly Row

The Row at Assembly Row, a Colwen Hotels property, is in search of a highly motivated, energetic, seasoned Director of Sales with local market experience. The Director of Sales is responsible for driving overall sales and marketing results across all segments, directing the property sales team and ensuring goals are achieved.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, and collaborating on strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. This position will be responsible for selling rooms only. To be successful in this role you will need a thorough understanding of market and industry trends, be a strategic thinker, and possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.
