PM Host - Farmhouse Social

Sheraton at Sable Oaks's Farmhouse Social, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly and engaging Host to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant, providing accurate wait times, and escorting guests to their dining area. General Responsibilities: Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible).

Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists. Manage reservations. Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas. Provide menus and announce server's name. Greet and thank guests upon their departure. Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options. Maintain a clean reception area. Cater to guests who require extra attention.

Answer incoming calls and address guest queries. Assist Servers as needed. Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments. Perform other related duties as assigned, you may required to perform a variety or duties in multiple departments during a shift.
