Working Student - IT Support

In this position you’ll be part of our Internal IT team and help keep things running smoothly for our colleagues around the world at one of Europe’s fastest-growing sustainability tech companies with real responsibility from day one. Handling and resolving support tickets , from hardware hiccups to access or license requests, and making sure colleagues get a quick and competent answer Supporting our onboarding process : preparing equipment and accounts for new joiners and being a helpful first contact for their IT questions Helping with everyday IT tasks like user and access management, device inventory, and keeping our knowledge base up to date Bringing in your own ideas to make our internal IT processes faster and smarter, like owning the implementation of AI-based automation-processes You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a technical field such as Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar You have a solid understanding of common IT topics (e.
