The Role As a Cook at Social Cantina, you will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that each meal meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and efficient workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our restaurant's high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in inventory management and food preparation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Adapt to changing menus and special requests from guests.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
