IT Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Analyst to support manufacturing and commercial digital systems. This role is critical in ensuring system uptime, compliance, and operational excellence across both IT and OT environments . What We’re Looking For 2–5 years’ experience in IT analysis, IT support, or related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with data analysis and reporting Hands-on exposure to MES, PLC/HMI, SCADA, and logistics systems Experience working in IT & OT environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Key Responsibilities IT & OT Operational Support Provide daily support for manufacturing and commercial systems Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with global IT/OT teams Support testing, patching, updates, and validation Monitor system performance and SLA compliance Maintain accurate technical documentation Business & Manufacturing Coordination Gather business requirements for tech initiatives Prepare reports and data summaries Support audits and system-related investigations Facilitate meetings and track action items Project & Continuous Improvement Support system upgrades and improvement initiatives Track progress and coordinate with teams/vendors Assist in risk assessments and change documentation Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to compliance standards Maintain audit-ready documentation Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing
