Barista & Bar Team Member – Join The Perch! The Perch is an award-winning café-restaurant in Eastbourne’s beautiful Princes Park. We serve fantastic food and drinks all day, indoors and out, with a fun, welcoming vibe that keeps guests (and their dogs!) coming back. We’re looking for a skilled barista & bar team member to craft top-notch coffee, mix great drinks, and deliver outstanding service in our busy, fast-paced venue.

What You’ll Do: Make exceptional coffee (latte art skills a must!) Mix, prepare, and serve drinks at the bar Take orders and payments with a smile Keep the bar, coffee station & workspace clean and stocked Assist with table service and outdoor kiosk orders What We’re Looking For: Experience in a café, bar, or restaurant Confident, friendly, and thrives in a busy environment A multitasker who works well under pressure Passion for great coffee, cocktails, and customer service Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Additional pay: Tips Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: In person
