Project Manager - Financial Services

We are looking for a Business Consultant to support insurance-related projects, primarily in the life and non-life insurance sectors. The role involves supporting clients in project management, strategy development, and project execution planning.

Job Responsibilities

Account management. Project management, including schedule management, issue management, and risk management. Reporting to Steering Committees. Project strategy development. Execution planning, including PoC, requirements definition, testing, migration, and training. Liaising with clients and overseas offices.

Requirements

The following skills and experience are required for this role: At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects, either in development or PMO. Experience preparing management-level reports and presentation materials. Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English. Business-level Japanese proficiency.

For Manager level and above: Experience managing projects involving three or more team members. Experience launching or initiating projects.

Preferred Qualifications

End-to-end experience in system development projects, from requirements definition through testing, migration, and production release. Project management experience in large-scale projects involving more than 50 stakeholders. Experience facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English. Experience in insurance operations and/or insurance-related projects.
