Job Description Role Overview As a Business Consultant for our insurance-related projects, primarily in the life and non-life insurance sectors, you will support clients in areas such as project management, strategy development, and project execution planning.

• Grade Specific Required Skills and Experience At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects (either development or PMO) Experience preparing management-level reports and presentation materials Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English (Manager level and above) Experience managing projects involving three or more team members (Manager level and above) Experience launching or initiating projects Preferred Skills and Experience End-to-end experience in system development projects, from requirements definition through testing, migration, and production release Project management experience in large-scale projects involving more than 50 stakeholders Experience facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English Experience in insurance operations and/or insurance-related projects Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
