Assistant Director - Y Early Learning Center @ Haven for Hope

The YELC Assistant Director will work closely with the YELC Director to develop and evaluate the programs for the Early Learning Center. Work closely with Center Director to ensure all paperwork meet Licensing and YMCA Standards. The Assistant Director must understand the basic concepts of a non-profit organization and the structure of the YMCA as a partnership of volunteers and staff, and accept the YMCA mission.
