Director of Corporate Partnerships

The Director of Corporate Partnerships develops and stewards a portfolio of corporate sponsorship, advertising, and community-partnership opportunities that generate contributed income for the YMCA of Greater San Antonio. The Director identifies, cultivates, solicits, and retains businesses and community partners whose values and audiences align with the YMCA’s mission and strategic priorities.

The Director of Corporate Partnerships builds a sustainable funding pipeline and creates customized partnership opportunities that support youth development, healthy living, social responsibility, accessibility, and community impact. Responsible for prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, agreement execution, stewardship, renewal, and reporting of cash and in-kind sponsorship revenue.
