Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

Provides surgical assistance service to the physician surgeon as needed and indicated by the Clinic department.  Assesses patient health status including state of wellness, compliance with care plan and determines appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including interpretation as necessary Provides acute and chronic patient care including performing histories and physicals, periodic evaluation, progress notes, discharge summaries, monitoring therapies, giving injections and medications, suturing wounds.
